At Al Kameez, we carefully pack every order to ensure your products reach you safely and securely. All orders are shipped across India in our signature packaging.

Dispatch & Tracking

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. Depending on the location, it could also take up to 10- 15 days.
  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp.
  • If you don't receive your tracking details, please contact us on WhatsApp or email.

Shipping Charges

  • ₹99 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹4,000.
  • Free shipping on orders of ₹4,000 and above.
  • For COD orders, a ₹99 COD handling fee applies.
  • COD is available for orders up to ₹2,999.
