Ship Back: Pack the item securely and send it to the address shared by our team.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund: Once approved, refunds are processed within 10–15 business days.

COD orders will be refunded to your Al Kameez online wallet only.

If the item is not accepted at the time of delivery, the partial payment is non-refundable.
