At Al Kameez, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

  • You can request a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

  • Please provide your order number or receipt for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance products

  • Customized or personalized thobes

  • Gift cards

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Email info@alkameez.com or call +91 9072606500 with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Ship Back: Pack the item securely and send it to the address shared by our team.

    • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  3. Refund: Once approved, refunds are processed within 10–15 business days.

    • COD orders will be refunded to your Al Kameez online wallet only.

    • If the item is not accepted at the time of delivery, the partial payment is non-refundable.

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Contact our team via email or phone to initiate an exchange.

  • Send the item back as instructed.

  • Once received, we’ll ship your new item.

  • Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us right away. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
