Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging
• Sale and promotional purchases are eligible for exchange only
• Prepaid orders will be refunded via UPI or Bank transfer after the return is approved
• A ₹99 exchange fee per item applies to all exchanges
• Accessories & perfumes are not eligible for return or exchange
• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable
